After completing his 20+ year career in the Marine Corps, my husband and I recently bought this unique property in the Southern Adirondacks, not far from the town where he was raised. Before our arrival, it was “The Cabins in Hope.” And before that, it was in use beginning in 1931 as the “Polmateer De-luxe Camping Cabins.” We’re excited to both own and care for this piece of Adirondack history. Tom and I live and work in a house on the property and are usually available in person for any questions or concerns.
Our two hound-mix rescue dogs, Harvey and Luke, also live here. They are lively and friendly but will be fenced or on leashes while you are staying with us. We look forward to having you as our guests!
